Serum2 M4L Classic Synth Mode — Devices Only
The five instruments, without the sound banks, for less.
Juno-106, Jupiter-8, OB-X, Prophet-5 and Korg DW-8000 panels driving Serum 2 inside Ableton Live — including DIGI-8K, which is not sold on its own anywhere else.
WHO THIS IS FOR
People who program rather than browse. If you learned on hardware and still think in terms of reaching for a filter rather than opening a preset list, this gets you five panels to work on and nothing you did not ask for.
Nothing is cut down or limited. The devices, faceplates, wavetables, noise samples, MIDI allocations and OXI files are exactly the same files as in the full product. The only difference is that the supplied sound presets are not in the download.
WHAT'S IN IT
All five Max for Live devices — YOU-NO-6, SUPITER-8, OB-WAN, THEPRO-5 and DIGI-8K — each with a compact panel for the Live device chain and a full-size faceplate that opens in its own window.
DIGI-8K is the digital one: two waveform oscillators on the original sixteen-wave table, an analogue-voiced resonant filter, six-stage VCF and VCA envelopes with break point and slope, auto bend, unison, an arpeggiator and a modulated digital delay. It is available here and in the Complete Collection only.
One Init patch per synth. These are setup files, not sounds, and they are what you build from.
All the wavetables and noise samples the devices need, full MIDI CC allocation lists, optional OXI E16 scenes and instrument maps, an illustrated installation PDF and the licence.
WHAT IS NOT IN IT
No sound presets, and no native Serum 2 preset banks. Those are what the per-synth products and the Complete Collection add.
