Everything I've made for the Arturia MiniFreak V, in one download.
Three banks, 227 presets, recreations of my most-used tones from six classic synths — and each one keeps to what the original could do, which is what gives them their character. Buying the bundle saves you about 25% on the three packs separately.
**The three banks**
- Vintage Synths‚ 85 presets. Roland Juno-6/60 (29), Korg DW-8000 (23), Minimoog (19) and Sequential Prophet-5 (14). Uses two wavetables I sampled: all 16 DW-8000 waves, and five Prophet-5 stacked waves.
- JP8 Collection‚ 85 presets. Tones from my vintage Jupiter 8, kept within Jupiter 8 functionality, with the Animate tricks on Macro 1 and 2 on 26 of them.
- OB Collection‚ 57 presets. Oberheim OB-X8 and OB-8 tones, 13 of them in 6-voice Unison, with a saw + pulse wavetable sampled from my OB-X8.
What's in it
- 227 presets: 57 basses, 52 pads, 45 leads, 21 keys, 15 brass, 10 organs, 8 strings, 7 electric pianos, 6 sequences and a few drums and effects
- 3 custom wavetables, sampled from a real DW-8000, Prophet-5 and OB-X8
- Mod wheel set up on every preset, and macros where the original had them
- Chorus, delay and reverb dialled in using MiniFreak's FX slots
Works in MiniFreak V and on the MiniFreak hardware
Three bank files — import each one into MiniFreak V and it appears in your browser. The wavetables are built into the bank files, so in the plugin there's nothing else to load. Everything in the banks uses engines and functions the hardware has too, so you can send them straight to a MiniFreak or MiniFreak Stage from MiniFreak V. For the hardware the wavetables need importing separately — the three WAVs are in the download and the READ ME walks you through it.
Requires Arturia MiniFreak V version 5 or later. Royalty-free licence for use in your music.
